Drawing from her extensive background as a Level 1 Trauma and ICU nurse, she developed the Taochemy Method™, a unique healing approach that integrates Eastern philosophies with Western clinical research. Stacy's personal experience and dedication to holistic well-being are the foundation of Resilient Health’s evidence-based care model.

As a solution-oriented leader and advocate for innovative mental health care, Holly specializes in optimizing our operational frameworks. With over a decade of experience in law enforcement, she brings a deep, firsthand understanding of the unique mental and physical demands faced by first responders. Holly leverages this extensive experience to forge partnerships with healthcare agencies and government entities, ensuring our services are delivered seamlessly and efficiently to the population she knows so well. She is dedicated to creating a stable and compassionate environment where individuals receive the highest quality care while supporting the growth and sustainability of our mission.
Dr. Ashli Owen

With over 20 years of experience in public health, research, and occupational health, Dr. Owen guides Resilient Health’s scientific vision. For the last decade, her work has focused on researching and supporting the well-being of military personnel and first responders, ensuring that our solutions are directly informed by the needs of those who serve. An enthusiastic advocate for disability rights and compassionate leadership, she ensures all our programs are grounded in rigorous, measurable research. As someone living with multiple sclerosis, Dr. Owen embodies the very resilience we champion, bringing a deeply empathetic approach to our mission.

The daughter of a 32-year firefighter veteran, Kadi understands the profound impact of occupational stress on first responders and their families. A natural storyteller and strategic leader, she is responsible for our sales and marketing strategy. With a multidisciplinary background in media, healthcare, and health IT, Kadi is passionate about helping organizations provide high-value, proactive mental health solutions that benefit both civil servants and the broader community.
